It seems to be the most noticeable on the smaller jobs. It is obvious when you have a second tech log in on an engine job when they help set the engine in and the get credit for the 20 hours when they only have an hour in it. Those are easy to find

It sure muddies up the invoice by adding lines like that but if there is no choice ................................. that's what has to happen

I believe that will work. The older versions would not allow you to change owners with a balance so i had not checked the newer version.

Straight up warranty invoices that we take care of internally are obviously easy. But when you want to keep the repair invoice under the customer name so you can keep the history of the vehicle accurate is when it becomes difficult.
If the vendor would just pay immediately would eliminate the problem
