Label Printer From Multiple Stations
Ok, I am trying to get set up so we can print labels here in our shop. Shipping labels, oil change labels, etc. My question is "Can I have just one printer but be able to print from more than 1 work station. Or, must I have a printer for every work station"?

ShopManTim, Please right click on the phone number and go to column chooser. The columns may have been accidentally hidden. The column is there - just white with no names. We have 3 stations each logged in all the time and with no issues since we identified each station as a separate used. Hopefully this is the end of our column issues. For several weeks it has been trouble free. (Cross my fingers)

The instant example is that the "Category Profit Summary" shows uncategorized numbers but I cannot view a report to see where those numbers are. Thanks for the explanation as it at least makes us as end users aware that you folks in the R & D section know of the issues and acknowledge it. I agree, it has something to do with the latest release as it was not an issue prior to the latest update.

Ok, so with the help of product support fellow (Benjamin), we discovered that 4 of the 5 stations we use were signed in as DEFAULT USER. So, he/I changed this and each station is signed in as a separate user. So far, it seems that the system is happy. We'll see how long this may last.

So, this morning I came into my office, opened up Shop Management, it was fine. My coworker got in, he opened up his management system and bingo! Everything went to all the columns and all mixed up. Obviously we aint to the bottom of this yet.

I come into my office at the end of lunchtime to see that without anyone touching the screen or my computer I now have all the columns present and in different order than anytime before. Obviuosly, the problem is not fixed yet.
