Re: 1998 Volkswagon Jetta - 2.0L Evap Leak
According to the flow meter on my smoke machine there is zero flow in the line going to the filler neck. There is nothing in the evap pump to restrict flow once it leaves the canister. Is there supposed to be some sort of check valve built into the evap canister?

2007 Dodge 1500 - 5.7L Hemi Cuts Out
Truck cuts out a little bit under acceleration up to about 40mph. The only code was p404 Egr valve. Replaced EGR with OEM valve. Still have same cut out problem. Unplugged the EGR valve so I knew it would not be opening test drove with the same results. That pretty much should eliminate an EGR valve...

1999 Chevy C1500 - 5.7 Kicksback, Grinds FIXED
Truck kicksback or grinds when trying to start. It will occasionally start. I replaced Crank sensor per TSB (00-06-04-014). I also pulled the Distributor to check the drive gear since I have a lot of these come in with worn out gears no problem found on this one. Truck started perfect everytime I te...

Re: 1998 Isuzu Rodeo - 3.2L No start
I found a TSB referring to the sheilding wire interfering with the splice for the 5V ref to the crank sensor. I opened up the harness found the splice and the repair had already been made. I taped it all back up per the TSB's instruction. I still have to shy away from any wiring problems with crank ...

The injectors are loosing the ground signal from the ecm. The power wire from the main relay is always hot.

1998 Isuzu Rodeo - 3.2L No Start
1998 Isuzu Rodeo 3.2 V6 Starts great when cold if you shut it off it may or may not restart for a couple minutes. When it will not start there is no injector pulse but spark is okay. I have checked the two ecm grounds. I have replaced the ecm. I have tried new crankshaft position sensor. Nothing mak...
