Re: Manager SE 7.1.6 Release Feedback
This box keeps popping up with different things, but looks the same every time. If I hit continue I don't notice anything affected that I can think of. This is definitely not a message you want to continue working past. Once you've hit an unhandled exception, the application is effectively in an un...

Re: 2017 Honda Ridgeline
You can enter 2017. It's not in the drop-down list but I'd expect to show up in an update soon. In the meantime, you can manually type 2017 and you'll get a window asking you to make it a custom attribute. Just say yes. Same goes for the other fields. Manually type the information you have. In a fe...

Re: 2017 Honda Ridgeline
My thoughts are it takes time to get this information into the program. Unless you're the servicing dealer, it's unlikely ANY service provider would have much information on this vehicle yet. That's pretty much how it works today. Compare this to 25 years ago when you had to wait for the BOOK to be...

Re: 2011 Toyota Rav 4 - Left Front Window Reset
Found some more information. There are 2 different procedures. One is for the auto up function and one is an initialization after repair. Does the auto up function work? Initialization is exactly what Toyota told you. Fully open the window and continue pressing open for one second. Then fully close...

Re: 2011 Toyota Rav 4 - Left Front Window Reset
The pulse sensor is built into the motor according AFAIK. Usually when that fails there's simply no auto function. The condition you describe sounds like a need for reset. We're going to look more into it next week, wonder if it needs a motor like you said to try and reset it. There's a reason why ...

Re: 2011 Toyota Rav 4 - Left Front Window Reset
Toyota told me all you need to do is open it and then hold the button down for 2 seconds roll it up and hold it closed for 2 seconds and 2 that twice and should be reset. That didn't work along with trying it 5+ Times.
Could the sensor be bad?

Re: 2011 Toyota Rav 4 - Left Front Window Reset
ProDemand says you need to perform that function at least 5 times for it to work. If that doesn't work, the pulse sensor in the motor is likely faulty. So Roll it down hold it for 1 second then roll it up hold it at the top for 1 second and repeat 5 or more times? Problem when we it multiple times ...

2011 Toyota Rav 4 - Left Front Window Reset
Customer complained the window went up/off track, we got the window up in the right place and closed. Then took off the trim panel and found out a bolt came loose and once we put that in, the window went up and down in track. We initially thought it was going to need a track or possibly regulator. W...

Re: Groups
You have the capability now to define any customer record to be non-taxable as well as all their vehicles or some portion of their vehicle records. Yeah I know how to do that part of it, but is there a way other than putting these customers under something Called CEP so I know they're connected? Co...

Re: Groups
The Group setup was added a long time ago and has not really been developed any further. It has nothing to do with customer settings or tax status; it was designed as marketing to customers based on their group affiliations. Dang, well is there a different option so I can place Customers under thin...

Re: Groups
This might be big for us to use, we do jobs from CEP which is all state funded ( non taxed ) but if we can put in the customer info like normal but select Group and have CEP and have it so its tax exempt that would be great.
Not exactly sure if that's what the Group would do?
