I am wondering if there is anything on the tablet for each technician to see how many billed out hours they are at for the week? Also any way for them to go look back at any previous weeks billed hours and what jobs were completed?

As we close out ROs, we move them to the top to get them out of the way. Helps for us to see what is done and what is not.

Is there anything where they can clock in and out for the day and in and out for lunch etc.? Would be nice to have that available and have reports to be able to print for that.

I would agree. Our General Service Tech is not by the shop computer and would be nice for him to be able to look it up on his tablet. It would be much more efficient. Any chance we can make this happen?

Then that's another thing they have to click to get in to. Just trying to find the most efficient way here. I don't want to step on toes here, but what I have seen with autovitals is awesome. I want to stick with Bolt On as I like what we have with it, just not working how I would like it to.
