I have a particular fleet account and would like to print just the list of vehicles assigned to them without details. The no longer have some of these vehicles and need to know which ones to delete without the customer having to do it from their end.

As stated above in California we can not charge for shop supplies without itemizing each one. I do charge Haz. Mat fees. Go to setup and you can set a percentage with a maximum per invoice. California law requires the hazmat fee to be separated out on its own line.
We can"t charge a shop supplies or fees without labeling it as to what it is.
