Where is there a list of customers who do not have to pay taxes?
Also, on the Revenue by GL Code I have Labor Revenue (non tax) and Parts Revenue (non Tax). How do I drill down to know what invoices made up that amount?

The default time of start 9:00am was recorded after the changes were made.

I made the configurations to be just like you suggested and the default START time in appointment editor still shows 9:00am instead of 8:00am. Why is this?

Sometimes a default should not be an option. When this is the case, it would be great to have a hard stop in place. Say for instance the name of the service writer should be a hard stop. The person entering the information can not go any further until a name is entered.

It would be great if the scheduler new what time it is. It knows the date, but not the time. It thinks it is 9:am all day long.

I have been reading comments about using Xcharge, but they are all old posts. I have Shopkey version 6.5.54. Please let me know about your experience with processing, fees, and customer service.
