Re: Handling Fee Deducted From Amount Owed?
I expect full payment for my invoice and when they deduct 3% I'm losing money. Over a year's time it add's up. Why should I show it as a discount when they are already getting fleet rate and the company wont let me add 3% so when they charge 3% it would all even out.

Handling Fee Deducted From Amount Owed?
We do work for a company who use's element fleet management and they charge us a 3% processing fee so when check comes to post payment it is always less than invoice so it always looks like they owe us money. Is there a way to do this so it will not mess up bookkeeping.

Schedule Adds New Customers To Database?
When scheduling a new customer with just a last name and number this scheduler automatically puts them in our customer database. What if they never show, we have to delete from database. Re: YTD Sales By Year For Customers History
thanks Jeff, very helpful, but this is a fleet account I need information for and don't want to print 92 pages as this fleet account averages 357 visits a year and would like to see it in about 5 to 10 pages at most.

YTD Sales By Year For Customers History

We should be able to do that by typing in customer number and entering year we want to see customer sales for that year. We can type in monthly sales and yearly sales bu...
