Spouse Name on Invoice
Can the word "and" be replaced with "&" when having both spouses on the work order/invoice? Smith, Mary & John looks more professional than Smith, Mary and John. Thoughts??

Hello and welcome to the forum.
I do not agree with using the ampersand while addressing a husband and wife. The Nuns made us write out "and" we were not to use numbers (2) we had to write the word (two) in our formal letters or essays. To quote Sister William Adelle, " Short cuts will result in you writing it 10 times the proper way"
