Our shop just got Manager 7 and we are still learning it. One option that is glaringly missing is multiple parts mark up matrices.
We mark up engine oil filters a flat 50% no matter what the cost. Fluids are marked up a flat 82% no matter what the cost. There are some other part types like this that have a specific markup that we don't run through our normal matrix. But the way Manager is setup we can't price parts like this...everything gets run through the same matrix.
We don't sell tires and our Mitchell rep showed us a work around using the Tire matrix to create a second parts matrix...but that requires us to make sure parts are checked as tires. Unfortunately, this still doesn't solve the problem as we have the need for more than two parts matrices.
It would be nice to be able to have different matrices (at least 10) with one being the default for all parts unless a different one is selected as in the case of oil filters, fluids, etc...
Any idea on when/if this option would be available?

Re: Multiple Parts Markup Matrices (matrix)
Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.
As mentioned in the Facebook conversation, we have this on our enhancement list, development date is still TBD.
EDIT: User Entered Sale feature can be used to override matrix pricing as needed.
