How are you guys sorting/organizing recommendations for customers? We always get the question which one do we need to get done first etc.

What I do is when I have multiple revisions created I will rename each tab with the corresponding job. Example Brake work work are renamed brakes, exhaust job is renamed exhaust......so I will add a "1". "2" , "3"........so "Brakes-1"..."tires- 1, ....."Exhaust-1" then the secondary things "Transmission flush-2"......."Power steering flush-2" and so on . You get the idea. This way when I open the transfer revisions box I can check off the just the "!" priority to give a price on just them or add in some 2's whatever the customer wants.

Welcome to the Forum.

We assign the 'Need By' date in order of importance. This column can be sorted so when your customer comes in you have all the recommendations in order of importance.

Good point Ric. I hadn't thought of it from that point of view. I was thinking he meant at the sales call for that particular sale.

Ha! You may be right!

If so, one could create the revisions 1 - ? using 1 as the most important, 2 the next and so on. (another option)
