1999 Dodge Caravan 2.4L Alternator R&R

Post by Jeff @ Able Auto »

If you remove the header panel, upper radiator hose and overflow bottle the alternator comes out easy. I wanted to add this in ProDemand but couldnt figure out how. HTH, Jeff.

Thanks for posting to forum Member Tips Jeff.

Tips can be added to SureTrack but not ProDemand at this time. I have forwarded this question to product management for more so stay tuned.

Jeff,

As Tim mentioned, at this time you can't post tips directly in ProDemand like you could in OnDemand. But you can share your tip in SureTrack. We're working on integrating the two more completely but don't have a timeline for when it will be complete. Below are the instructions for adding a tip to SureTrack.

In ProDemand's main menu there is a choice for SureTrack. Click that to open SureTrack and then create a user account there if you haven't already. Then click the "Enter a Tip" button in the main menu on the left. This is where you can share your tip with the community of techs.

Asking a question of the community is much the same procedure.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Only the Base model has the 2.4L so when it asks for the submodel, pick "All Submodels", then the 2.4 will be an option.

Base not listed. SE and LE ? are the only options.

Click the link for "All Submodels" instead of LE or SE.
