found out then the shop that we had do the alingment messed up the caster camber adj s on the upper ball joints had them truned down all the way. Cuustmer went to anter shop before bring it back here and they charged him another 304 to fix it and now he wants us to pay it. I see then we are held for it because we had the one shop do the alingment but they said then they did not touch them.

what did they do for $304.00? Sounds to me like all it needed was adjusted correctly. I will do them all day for $304.00 each :mrgreen:

another reason i do my own alignments. it seems more and more shops are ready to cut your throat.

it's easy for everyone to throw in their two cents worth on these situations. to me it all depends on the situation. if he's a good customer i'd deal with it one way, if there is no way i could see him staying as a customer i'd handle it another way.
