Re: Reports User Interface
So what's the deal with ePay reports? Is this some type of service?
That button [ePay] is linked to xCharge, they have their own suite of reports detailing credit card transactions via their portal.

Re: Reports User Interface
I like the larger size of that window. Why can't we have a realistic size window for labor item work performed description? I've been making some canned jobs and typing up the descriptions in Word because of having to scroll so much on the labor item window...some of this stuff was designed for CRT screens of the 90's not today's HD+ monitors! I hope there are more changes to modernize this coming up soon...

Re: Reports User Interface
The proposed Reports User Interface looks good and at this point is a nice to have since the old interface is currently working.
I would prefer to see a few of the other items implemented ahead of something that's already working. Since we do not have access to the development schedule it would be preferable, for us at least, to see the following first:
I would prefer to see a few of the other items implemented ahead of something that's already working. Since we do not have access to the development schedule it would be preferable, for us at least, to see the following first:
- Check for email address assigned, working in a similar fashion to that of 'Out' mileage is zero or less less than 'In' mileage
Customer name from Telephone List -> Notes/Name field (not Ext. field) printed beside phone number on tech worksheet, RO & Invoice...should be Display checkbox aware
A few build-in/automatic features for most common jobs e.g. automated lookup from the database on the last oil change performed...we shouldn't need to manually cut/paste to/from a Revision for such routine maintenance.
Checkbox between E-mail and Remarks on the Customer screen which grays out the E-mail. We shouldn't need to add fictitious data in the email field to denote the customer doesn't use email (#1. from above should be aware of this grayed out E-mail field)
Inventory List needs to incorporate Size for Wheel & Tires, currently when category is set to "Wheels & Tires" and you select Search the list shows the Size. When you select Print the Size is omitted.
When you select Inventory "Search" is the default. In an RO when you select the Tires tab Search is not defaulted thereby wiping out any parameters entered if you hit enter or OK.

I see this was posted back in May, anytime frame on when we might see this in an update?
Re: Reports User Interface
Fairly soon. We're on track to have a release candidate in early August.
