7.0 Glitch with LOF Package

Post by KSTAUTOMOTIVE »

Got the update this morning. like the new look and scheduler is much better from just the few minutes I got to play with it.

When I updated, I lost the ability to use one of the oil categories with multiple options in it. Specifically top left box. I deleted and reentered data per hotline, but only will the top listing is transfered to order even if you pick a different option...i.e oil change catagory box (top left) 5w-20 / 5w-30 / 10w30. If I wanted to choose 10w-30, it would STILL transfer 5w20...

Other box LOF categories seem to work same as always

It turns out all the oil change categories were only able to transfer the top built package...thanks for getting on it.
BTW I am a Quick Lube facility also and use these features A LOT!!

I did talk to tech support also today and they are aware of the problem.

As promised, this is in the 7.0.2 update patch. I hope to have an update on when this patch will be distributed later today.

**Edit: We're on the final internal testing for this patch, and should begin releasing to those of you in the beta tomorrow.**
