Hi All,
I searched the forum for this, and found some posts from years ago. However this is a new problem for us. When we schedule appointments, we use the category field to notate a waiting appointment, or a customer needing a loaner, ect. We did things this way for years with 5.9, and we've continued through the migration to SE. We are on 6.6.8, and just this last week a problem has developed. If i schedule a customer for an oil change, and i use the category we've created to notate OLF WAIT, that category field becomes blank once the RO is generated from the scheduler. We have never had this happen before.
Thoughts?

This has been reported. I doubt they have plans to fix it because that schedule has been replaced with a new version of the schedule.
Be warned, the new schedule is very different from the old. Some love it, some hate it.
