Re: Updater
The newer version of the updater does not have an icon in the sys-tray. The lack of one does not indicate a problem. (don't ask me how I know )

Re: Updater
Happends to me at times also. I have to:
Start button, all programs, look for the blue and green Circle (looks like a recycle symbol) next to it says M1-SK software updater (WS). click on that.
I'd love to post photos how to do it, but can't figure out how to use that snipit tool and get into the place i need to be. this is as close to it as i can get.
Photo below gives you an idea what the circle looks like.

Re: Updater
I tried that but it isn't there. It is listed in my programs/features though.

Re: Updater
Ric is correct. If you have the latest version of the updater, it is now a Windows service. There is no more system tray icon.
If you're really curious as to what it's doing, you can go to Start > Run > eventvwr The look under Applications and Services Logs > Mitchell1.

I have 7.0.18, I am not sure if this is the latest. but I followed the path you gave me and I see it there, seems to be fine. Thanks for you help.

Re: Updater
Would have thought something like this would be included in the change log. Maybe I missed it.

Re: Updater
We don't provide change logs for the Updater agent, because we like to update it silently for you guys (one less thing to manage). It's completely independent of Manager SE. You could have Manager SE 7.0.18 like artadot, and have any other version of the updater agent. Likewise, you could still be on 6.6 of Manager SE and have the latest updater agent.
