Lost Some Customers From Database?

We've noticed two customer files missing from the database since last week. Luckily they are not hugely important, but still concerning. One was our orphans customer, the other was our 'carryover' customer. Any clue why they would have disappeared? Carry over is not such a big deal, but we had a lot of vehicles attached to the orphan file.
