Windows 10 doesn't do mornings. Its indexing & search crap hogs the resources for up to half an hour after booting. Google search "Turn off Windows 10 search indexing..." and your mornings will be fresh and invigorating. *insert disclaimer here*
You can also try searching for "Windows 10 100% disk usage and there's some tricks to be tried.
