When adding notes on a work order, is there a function that will do voice to text? Thank you

Hey katie042,

There isn't anything built into Manager for speech to text. There are quite a few programs out there that will do this for you. I'm curious if other users have any experience with one of them.

If you are using Mobile Manager, you can use the built in speech to text function to fill any field. I use it every day to enter my 'Work Performed' field on diagnostics. It's a real time saver. People look at you funny when you are talking to your tablet.

Mobile Manager is a tablet based add-on from Bolt On. Each of our techs has one. They can view and modify the orders, clock in and off jobs, print oil change stickers, collect vehicle information like scanning VIN's, perform digital inspections and so much more. Check out these links....
