SOME CUSTOMER'S HAVE NOT HISTORY with 8.4.1.127 update
We have been working on cleaning up our customer database. We noticed yesterday, after updating the latest update, that we have a lot of customers with no history detail or vehicle history but with the last visit of 06/20/2022. Has anyone else seen this occurrence? Some of the customer names we know we had previously removed from database and they came back.

Hello tanyah, from what you're describing that is some extremely strange behavior which should not occur. If you believe there should be history invoices for customers please give us a call in Tech Support and we'd be more than happy to dig in to this with you.

We noticed it the day of the update and when we call tech support the young guy told us there was no database corruption, so it must not have happened. Was not impressed with how it was handled. We are missing our histories of some customers and it says last visit was the date we did the update. We have been with Manager since it first started, but I feel the tech support needs to listen to the customers more and not assume they don't know anything about the software. I hope someone is working on this issue.
