Unhandled Exception Edit Recommendation

I mistakenly clicked the Edit Recommendations button on the Vehicle tab with no Recommendations in the list. Shop Management throws an "Unhandled Exception" prompting for Continue or Quit. Error on my part as I meant to click Add Recommendation but the Exception should be captured with some sort of valid msg Dialog.
