Getting Notes to Print Using Sublet?

Post by ajsauto »

Currently, we have a few techs that write quite long tech notes and because the "notes" section is limited in terms of how many characters you can use, we use the sublet button and put "tech notes" in the work requested field and the actual note in the work performed section. This allows us to avoid having to use multiple instances of the "notes" section in order to fit all of the technicians notes in the RO. The problem is, when we would like to email the RO to a customer including the tech notes or have to send it to an insurance company, the info that you put in the "work performed" section only shows up if you convert it to an invoice. Has anyone come across an alternate solution?

The Sublet function is intended for recording external labor. It is recommended to use multiple instances of Notes if required.
