Discounts not showing up on Orders/Estimates

We type everything in the Order screen- & print it out for the service writer or manager to check over. It prints out an estimate. We never use the R.O.- After the Order/ Estimate is corrected, we print out the invoice.

We are having an issue that Discounts -the Words do not show up in the order/estimate printout- i.e. ***Discount*** NAPA AIR FILTER PROMO $10.00 OFF PARTS --- but the money does show it is discounted..where the Parts/Supplies $.... Labor $.... Discount $.... HazMat/Fees $..... Tax $.... Total$...
Plus- in the computer it shows the discount is put on.

When we print the invoice all of the words show up.

Wondering if we can make it so the words show up on the order/estimate print out....

You probably want to check your color ink levels in your printer. In the EST templates on 6.6.10, the Discount is present on the printed order, just the same as the Invoice templates. The one key difference -- on the estimate it's in green text. On the Invoice, it's black. Each printer handles low color differently, some will grayscale it and others will just not print if out of that color.

That may be it... we tried in on a couple others--- Sometimes the discount words show up & sometimes they don't...
