The answer is no, the number might not be the same. Tech Hours report is tech BILLED hours. The Tech Pay report is PAY hours. There are three fields for hours in every labor operation; Billed Hours, Pay Hours and Actual Hours. Users can enter a different number in each.

I'd suggest to the powers that be that the Tech Hours report be renamed to include the word Billed. It can be misleading.
