Vehicle List Report?

Post by gviertell »

I have a particular fleet account and would like to print just the list of vehicles assigned to them without details. The no longer have some of these vehicles and need to know which ones to delete without the customer having to do it from their end.

This might require a little editing, but your best bet is probably the Customer List by Company. Export it to Excel and just select the section for them. Hope this helps.

Whooooooooooooooooooa,

How did you do it?

I have a bunch of MCSD cars in the system, the Under Sheriff is a friend of mine. he told me to get him the list we have and he will cross off what is no longer owned by the po-po shop.

That report is called Customer Vehicle List and is found under the Client tab of reports.

It will indeed print a simple listing of all the vehicles for a selected customer.

Sheriff Dept has 28 cars in the system, report prints 18. Guess I need to set the date farther back? or am I doing something wrong?

Adding the VIN is somewhat easy, I'll add that to my list.

Just downloaded and ran the new report. Very nice.

One thing I noticed. The date range suggests this list is tied to HISTORY. If you have a vehicle listed that has not yet been into the shop for service, it will not show up on this list. At least that is the case for me. Just a word of caution.

It would be wonderful to have this same report but NOT tied to history; just a simple vehicle listing.
