Estimate Printing With Old Date?

We have an estimate on our wip that is dated from early December. To make a long story short, now we need to print this out with that date on it but it seems it will only print with today's date. Any suggestions?

Change your computers date to the needed date, print the estimate then change the computers date back.

Thanks, thought of that but was wondering if there were something in the software to do it.
