Hello, I am wondering what report everyone is running to generate a list for a customer call back program after service? I think the "service writer posted orders" report could get me there, but am wondering if there is a better option. Is there a way to sort a report by date posted instead of invoice number? We would like to contact customer's to follow up with them between 48 and 72 hours after they have picked up their vehicle.

The Follow Up tab in reports will generate a date range list of customers. When you highlight their name and click the telephone tab it will give you all the phone numbers for that customer. It does not give you a summary of what work was done.

Here is what I do. I hit the F4 key and arrange the invoices by date. The I will then call the people who have been into the shop in the last 3 days.
