Hello all,
Recently purchased a GoDex RT200 printer with the intention of integrating with Mitchell for our lube stickers, was able to get the most up to date drivers installed, my pc sees the printer, and sends print jobs to it, however the printer does nothing. I followed the setup for the printer and sticker size etc as provided by Mitchell. I currently have it connected to our network via ethernet. I have been unable to find any information that states that I have to have the printer connected to a PC directly, and it is my understanding that I should be able to make this work without Lube Sticker Pro or the like, just with what Mitchell has built in. Any help would be appreciated!

Re: Lube sticker printer problems
Referenced this with support:
"Lube sticker printers can be tricky to set up properly. It should work as long as Windows sees the printer. I recommend that he call support and we'll try to get it working."
