Putting In Credit Card Information?

is there a way to put in credit card information for a fleet customer that will automatically have the number appear when I need it?

We do not recommend this practice as it exposes a shop to liability if anyone uses that information other than actual legit transactions.

We have a customer overseas we use the remarks box on the customer screen. First line we put see below. This way it is not visible in the customer screen. On the secong like we spell out the numbers and exp date.

I do real similar except that I split the card number in half and then swap the halves, like : 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 becomes 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8. This keeps the info as safe as I know how and still keep the info on file. I know we really shouldn't keep cc#'s on file, but sometimes you just kinda have to.....
