Can Graphics Be Added To Recommendation Letters?

I know the wording can be changed to the recommendation letter, but I was wondering if graphics can be added, like to add a discount voucher or coupon to the bottom of the letter? Maybe build it in html and paste it into Mitchell?

I don't think that can be incorporated into the standard letters, but you could do a mail merge with Word and create all kinds of really cool stuff.

In a mail merge, will that print the recommendation text?

The standard Mail Merge does not include recommendation text. However, you can print the Recommendation letter like normal, then when viewing the Letter preview, you can export using the .xls data-only function. That result should be usable with the mail merge wizard in Word. Data-only export gives the customer, address, vehicle, unit#, plate and recommendation text.
