Acct # On Purchase Orders?
Can i automatically add my Account number to vender p.o.'s. I do not see a spot for it?

Welcome to the Forum.
You can add information to the PO for the Vendor. Click on the Comment button and highlight the Notes to be included on PO radio button. Type any information you would like the vendor to see. Word of caution: each vendor and protocol treats this differently. Some can see this information and others not. I've also found that some limit the characters available. Check with your vendor first. Some vendors can also see data inputted in the Ref/Inv# field. With some trial and error, you should be able to transmit something.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.
Since the credentials (username / password) were assigned according to your account # with them, doesn't seem necessary. When you click a catalog button in Manager SE, the vendor system knows that it is your account making inquiries or ordering parts.
