Tire Catalogs

Post by scarruther1 »

Tire Catalogs that integrate with POS software are available from ATD and Terry's Tire Town. When will we see these in Manager Plus?

As you may already know, this has been on the request list for some time. The ATD is already available through Manager Enterprise, I do not have a date for Manager SE.

This is Spencer, right?

As always.... Asking for a tire catalog

All our vendors offer a catalog and it is 2013. Can I get one of these companies to contact your team?

Just checking in

Thanks

Lost tire info on "upgrade" :? Inflation / torque / tire size
Prodemand does not have it - where is it found now?

In ProDemand, it's located in the Quick Shortcuts on the RH side of the screen:

Thanks Tim,
Is there any way to get it (on Manager screen) rather than go through the hassle of "Log In" on prodemand? (then I forget to log out and....) I thought I would throw in here - the 5 user limit on prodemand is killing us. How long does it take for a "session" to time out and free up a license?

Thanks,
Rich

Long term it is possible, not right now. SE 6.4e update was to address the need to get integrated to ProDemand for customer base. We know there is more work to do, that's all I've got to say at the moment.

I will inquire as to the license question.

Wow - that's a lot of time!
Don't know if it would tick anybody else off but I would not mind it being 2 hours - it would save resources on Mitchell's end too.
Anybody care to chime in on this?
