Hello Kate here from the RepairLink Product team. What issue are you having while trying to print? Any screenshots would be helpful! Thank you :)
When I click print on any diagram no matter the computer it won't do anything.

I don’t know if this is a repairlink or Mitchell problem. When ordering a part If there is only one part on the ro you cannot check or order from another dealer. If I add a fake part to the ticket I can then price check. Click on the part I need and check other dealers. This is all when done from the Mitchell ro. Not repairlink website. Is this something I need to change on my end?

Hi, this sounds like a Mitchell issue. In RepairLink you can switch from your preferred dealer to other dealers while you are searching for parts in the catalog.

Hey Rich, yes this is a known issue we are having. Here is what's going on: Previously the Ford catalog in RepairLink covered all vehicles from 1990 to today – now all vehicles from 2007 to present are covered and some vehicles from 2000 to 2007 are also covered. For several marketing and technical reasons, Ford and OEC concluded that vehicle coverage could be reduced without significant impact. Many shops have disagreed – and we’re glad that you have spoken up – we are now in discussions with Ford to return all (or at least most) of the vehicle coverage to its previous level.

I have seen a few times where the picture doesn't load but I assumed that it was usually due to that I was in some for big hurry.

Yes, I've noticed a few Ford Vehicles that are older then 2000 aren't able to pull up in Repairlink.

Ford seems to be the one with the most issues.

If it helps I didn't have any photo info today for a 2011 Navigator. Was trying to find the key pad on the left door.
