Returns

Post by dtstire »

Is there any way to manually adjust entries to the Inventory Returns report/object? For example, if I accidentally return something that needs to stay in the shop, other than "returning" a negative quantity, is there any way to edit these lines?

Any help would be appreciated!

You can manually adjust the item via the Inventory window. When you do, you get a window to enter the reason. There is also a report to show these manual entries and their reasons.

Also, If you just want to quick change the physical count you can pull down the inventory tab and select inv. transactions and physical count. I use this if its just a quick change as this function does not require you to enter a reason. :-)
