X Charge not printing 2 copies
X Charge has determined this is only on SE's latest update.

Apologies, I got a partial update after your first post and have been waiting for the other shoe to drop.

There is a switch in there to support two copies, however it is still being overwritten by something else. stay tuned.

I have the same problem. Frustrating. X-Charge shows two copies selected to print, only one does.

We are working on this issue from both sides for a resolution ASAP.

Code fix identified, work assigned and delivery as follows:

"The issue of print setting being overridden within the XCharge application has been requested by the Product Owner to be fixed in development sprint 16 that will start the 24th of July. That fix would then be delivered via the AutoUpdater, if there are no unforeseen issues."

Code work identified, fixed for delivery as part of Manager SE 6.5 AutoUpdater version 41 update within the next few weeks.

Has it been a few weeks yet? Is there an update on the update?

Yes. Some shops reported the updater presenting them with 6.5.42 this week and it should be on there.

THIS IS FIXED IN THIS WEEKS BUILD

When is this update due to arrive? I have been told since July the update is rolling out, it's now mid November and I am still on 6.5.37.8. This bug is continuing to haunt us.

Here is an except of the message we posted to our reps just this morning:

NOV 19th: We experienced some growing pains with the AutoUpdater function. Those pains were identified and resolved resulting in a new, far more robust updater. The new update client which has just been released includes several modifications/fixes that were requested by tech support and product management. As of this week we began accelerating our roll-out to all customers. We have approximately 4k 6.4 that continue to receive the 6.427 disc, and many 6.5.37 that will be updated shortly. We also included in the installation (on the 6.5.37 disc) a routine that retrieves from Mitchell the very latest version of software; updating automatically updating with the install - no more waiting for updates to arrive after an installation.

I would have thought you'd have an update by now. Check with support to see where you are on the list and they may be able to push an update directly.

Bruce - I just asked an admin person to force the update to you. It should appear tomorrow morning.

I called tech support and they updated my updater to v1.0.0.4 and they suggested that would help. I will wait for the update tomorrow.
