I am an X-Charge user and we are ready to upgrade our equipment. I have a couple of questions first.
First, will be be able to accept Apple and Android pay transactions with this new terminal through the Mitchell program?
Also, when we rent, what is the warranty coverage on the terminal? Is it replaced at anytime if we have a problem with it?
Lastly, the reason I am posting is because when I call support I am on hold for up to an hour lately before anyone comes to the phone. It was never like this in the past. I am hoping someone from X-Charge can explain this.
