Allroad Quattro - Not supported?!

I use Manager SE, I find no estimator or repair info when linking to these products.

I get 'no information available'

VIN decoded, all fields are entered.

I can log into prodemand on it's own (No link to Manager) and I can see the info I need, but there is no way to link it to Manager.

We work on a lot of these, so this is quite a problem.

OD5 gave a similar error but allowed me to 'correct' the vehicle selection, ProDemand has no such option.

Need a fix or reasonable work around ASAP.

If you had done a search, you would have seen several posts on this already. There is a known problem with the passing of YMM for this vehicle. I was able to get all the info I needed by manually entering the vehicle into ProDemand. Give it a try.

I appreciate the replies here but no posts offer a reasonable resolution.

Yes I can open pro-demand independently and enter all the information (and allroad appears in the list) and look up times and procedures, but I cannot transfer labor times, I cannot transfer maintenance service lists (this is a big problem) and generally very inconvenient.

This seems to have been documented several times, and appears to be a label mismatch. How long does a fix take? This has actually been a problem for a while. OD5 allowed me to correct the vehicle selection in estimator (change from 'Allroad Quattro' to 'allroad' and this allowed me to transfer labor times and such. Since updating to 6.4se and Prodemand I can no longer correct the vehicle info and cannot access info and transfer items.

Is there a fix planned?

Thank You

This was documented for a fix last week, I will see if I can get an update as to when it will appear.

Here is a temporary fix until development gets the change into the main branch of the product (which will be included in a future autoupdate)
