Editing Customer Info?
we did a test text to insecure accurate information from our customer, the phone number was listed under a different customer. deleted the number from the incorrect customer and added to the correct. The message still lists as the old customer n the message manager but when you click to reply it will show the correct name. any solutions?

If I understand this right the answer is....
In the history of Message Manager the old name will remain. This is one of the advantages of Message Manager. History is untouchable so it will work as evidence in court.
Hence, all new conversions will carry the newly added name.
