Sporadically we receive cryptic characters on customer texts in Message Manager. I assume they are emoji's. Is there a way to have the PC display the characters? I wouldn't want to miss something sent from a customer.
BTW, I have no interest in sending emoji's.

Re: CRYPTIC CHARACTERS
From what I'm told, there are too many protocols for emoji's for Bolt-On to accommodate them.

Re: CRYPTIC CHARACTERS
Emojis are different for each platform. Remember they were just text, now they are actual "pictures". I'll ask and let you know.
