All Back Office and Accounting Link Integrations questions, demos, setup and support will be not be handled by Enterprise Support.

We will be more than happy to submit a request on your behalf for a callback.

Meanwhile the information below should provide you with a basic understanding of how it works with QuickBooks, Peachtree/Sage and other Accounting Software.

Accounting Link does integrate with Peachtree, but at a summary level only. This means that rather than exporting individual customer invoices and payments, Accounting Link exports a daily journal entry for sales, accounts receivable, and deposit activity to a file that is then imported by the user into Peachtree. In addition, accounts payable invoices by supplier may be exported to a file and then imported by the user into Peachtree.

The primary difference between the QuickBooks and Peachtree integrations is that QuickBooks is a direct connection and can be subsidiary (customer invoices and payments) or summary (daily journal entry), whereas Peachtree (and all other integrations done) are summary only and involve exporting a file to a folder which is then imported into the accounting system by the user.
