If you are experiencing an issue where the yellow sticky note is stuck on the work order window and you cannot move it out of the way the you will need to perform the following fix:
IMPRTANT NOTE: Please be advised that you are going to be required to go into the Registry so if you are not comfortable with this please reach out to Enterprise Support for assistance.
Close out of Enterprise Pro.
Go to Windows search field and type "regedit.exe" ( minus the quotes)
Go to: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Protractor Software\Protractor.Net\Protractor.Client.ShopManager\Forms\WorkOrderEditorForm
Remove NoteLocationX and NoteLocationY from the right hand side list. ( see attached screen shot)
Restart Enterprise Pro, and the issue should be fixed.
