Re: X-charge vs 1stMile
We switched from X-Charge to first mile. The rate was a lot better from 1st mile. They charge a monthly flat fee based on how much you process and then pass through the processing rates from the CC companies. Our overhead from processing dropped 30-40%. The other thing with 1st mile is we get our mo...

Re: Backdate invoices
If you unpost an invoice from history and then go to post it again it asks what date you want to post it with. At that point you can put in whatever date. Not sure how that effects the date on the invoice but worth a shot.

Re: Repairlink Not Working Properly
Its hit or miss. I can look up a part on a vehicle and everythings fine. Go back to that same vehicle, same computer and I get the grey boxes. Its obviously not going to get fixed. Becoming a more common concept. Have problems with new Snap on Zeus showing errors connecting to vehicles. I've done ev...

Re: Repairlink Not Working Properly
This is getting old. All these price increase and "upgrades". My manager program is crashing. Repairlink STILL doesn't work. No ones seems to care. Im going to let our dealerships know that we are having these issues with repairlink. I called snap on about our scan tool not upgrading automatically. ...

Re: Repairlink Not Working Properly
Like most companies. They just seem to be dragging their feet until we give in and accept it how it is. I think they way to resolve it is to go to your dealers and tell them. That’s where they get their money.

Do you select between Credit or Debit in the manager program? I have noticed when people say credit and swipe a debit card it still prompts for a pin. Wondering if I can stop asking people since they usually swipe or insert the card before I get the question out. We had Xcharge before and we had to ...

Re: Auto adjust end time
Thanks. Duh. I forget get to check the configuration menu after updates. For us at least 90% of our customers drop off at 8 or the night before so the drop off time means little. I think a lot of people’s issues with the scheduler could be solved with an expected hours entry and auto fill the end ti...

Auto adjust end time
What does the auto adjust end time button do at the top of the scheduler window? I have tried both checked and unchecked and have not seen a difference I ask because it would be nice for the scheduler to automatically fix the end time if you put the start time later then the end time that's currentl...

Re: MAY 8TH 7.3.10 UPDATE
I can get used to it. It sucks that now for categories I have to type TRANSMISSION S to get transmission service instead of transmission repair. Where before I typed T T. But oh well, just takes getting used too. What I would like back is being able to have a parts window open. Make my necessary cha...

Re: Repairlink Not Working Properly
I don’t know if this is a repairlink or Mitchell problem. When ordering a part If there is only one part on the ro you cannot check or order from another dealer. If I add a fake part to the ticket I can then price check. Click on the part I need and check other dealers. This is all when done from th...

Re: What Needs To be Fixed In ProDemand
So this only happens when I access the repair info by using the search function then clicking on the remove and replace hot button. The pictures didn't stay in the order I uploaded them, but in one picture is the installation procedure, then I click on any of the hotlinks, it goes to the image, torq...

Re: What Needs To be Fixed In ProDemand
Since this newest version of prodemand opens repair info in that extra "window" things are little difficult. When you are reading repair info and it says see figure ## and you click on that figure number it opens it in the same window. No big deal. Until you click the previous link you were on to g...
