Any Way To See Most Commonly Used Parts #?
Trying to find a more efficient way at keeping oil filters in stock. Any way to show which ones we buy the most of, or some sort of list with total part # purchases?

Estimate shows $ that's nowhere to be found on order
At the bottom of the screen for invoice it shows the correct amount, and on estimate it shows $1500 extra that's nowhere to be found anywhere else on the order. When I try to Pay/Post the invoice, it gives me a window for Invoice Overpayment, and I'm lost as to what to do.

With so much missing info, how do you give accurate ESTs?
One example is a 2003 Honda Element. Labor time for a starter is 2.2. Labor time for the intake manifold is 2.1. The starter is underneath the intake, which means replacing the gaskets, which isn't mentioned in the labor guide. Who in their right mind thinks a starter can be removed in 3 minutes, an...

EST made on RO, RO posted. How to fix?
A quick estimate was made to show a customer the total of several repairs, unfortunately it was made in the RO. Didn't catch it in time, another SW posted it. Now our books are off by a couple grand. Is there a way to remove these from the order that was made, and the related invoice? I already unpo...

Error loading Shopstreamxt.config -
Everything was working fine, restarted PC as it was lagging, and now Teamworks SE won't open. This is only on the secondary, not the host. Host works 110% as it should. I'm all out of ideas. Restarted all services, manually closed and opened all related software/files. Anyone got an idea for this?

See What Time A Part Was Ordered?
One of our vendors likes to take hours to bring us anything, and regularly argues about when they received the order. Is there a way to see the time a purchase/order was made?

Find Parts Purchased Never Sold?
Dealing with parts returns, and having trouble finding a report to show EVERY part ordered, and not just parts actually sold. Part # search returns only parts from an RO, and parts by vendor does the same. Is there any report to show all ordered parts opposed to just sold/invoiced?

Re: Counter sale from 600 RO's ago shows today's date.
Looking through the WIP page, there is an RO from 600+ #s ago, that has today's date on it as the "Time Promised". I clicked it open to see what it was, an EGR tube or something, and when I get back to the WIP page, the "Time Promised" is updated to the exact second that my PC shows.

Counter sale from 600 RO's ago shows today's date.
And every time I click on it, it updates the time promised. Each and every day, I'm pushed farther and farther from renewing with Mitchell over small things like this.

Re: Secondary Workstation Won't Turn On Nexpart Catalog?
Under Tools, the default catalog shows "Enhanced", "OE Collision", "OE Mechanical Parts", & "FMP Non-app Catalog". I'll run the update and see if that works it out. Thanx!
EDIT - Running the update worked!!! SCREAMIN'!!!

Re: Secondary Workstation Won't Turn On Nexpart Catalog?
Nah, Nexpart shows without issue, it's the catalogs inside of Nexpart that I'm having an issue with. AutoZone, AP, FMP, all have a new, "Enhanced" catalog. On our host PC, the enhanced catalog is default. On my workstation however, I'm stuck using the old catalog, which is missing a bunch of feature...

Secondary Workstation Won't Turn On Nexpart Catalog?
Trying to get the updated catalogs for Nexpart vendors. Our main PC has no issue, and was actually an automatic update. But our secondary, MY workstation/desk, refuses to open the updated catalog, even when I go through the options to make it come up. I'm at a loss. Any ideas on how to make it not o...

Unable To Put Revisions Together w/o Turning Into RO?
Doing a quote for a customer, and after I got all the individual repairs done, I put them all into the account which at the time was still only an estimate. After I had them all together and ready to tell the customer the total, the EST is now an RO. Aside from having to break out a calculator, whic...

Re: Search for RO containing Part No.?
The R.O. is converted to an Invoice and the # remains the same; it cannot exist as both simultaneously. I know. Sometimes we don't get parts invoices entered before closing the RO out, and we have to un-post it. Sometimes we get a wee bit lazy, and don't repost the RO when we are done entering part...

Yep. Just got it squared away. My last post has another Q in it, if you might be able to help there?timbre4 wrote:The Part # Search report allows users to use full or partial part #s and/or descriptions and returns all pertinent data regarding invoice, customer and vehicle. Did you look at it?

Re: Search for RO containing Part No.?
Tech support told me there is no such function :( Seems to me this would be a largely used function, and wouldn't be hidden behind so many walls. I guess while I have you here, is there a way to see if an RO has been posted as an invoice? I know how to remove old ROs, but I don't want to remove some...

TIP: Search for RO containing Part No.?
So, I missed entry of a couple vendor invoices. I've got way better things to do with my time than use a buyers guide, and search through every single invoice matching a specific vehicle. Is there a way to search through ROs containing a certain Part No.? Something like entering a part no., and it p...
