Re: 8.5.3.1226 WIP grid colors changing on their own
So we have also noticed after we installed a new printer Mitchell is changing the default printer back to the old one after a few hours on certain workstations. Definitely some glitches with this new update. Is that with Windows 10 or Windows 11? Having same issues with them changing colors I am th...

Re: Repairlink Ads
All, I just wanted to take a moment to explain: Mitchell 1 is not in charge of any content once you punch out to any given catalog. This isn't an issue for us to fix. Your best bet is to provide feedback directly to OEC/Repairlink. So what you are saying is every catalog going to do this, because i...

Re: Network Connections
Currently the mobile application remembers the settings for the last successful connection. In the example of moving out of range/dropping connection, this should make it fairly easy to reconnect. We're still working on ways to make the connectivity process as simple as possible. What I am talking ...

Network Connections
I know with bolt-on there is a issue when you change networks or have a network drop and it will not save info. Will this have the same issue or will you have a network time out which will allow it to keep info for x amount of time until the network reconnects?
Re: Pro Spect
You'll have to trust me there are many moving pieces involved; the Android version would not been ready for AAPEX/SEMA show 2 weeks ago, which is one of our biggest opportunities to premiere it to the industry. Companies like to have something shiny and new for such venues. Without a doubt, ...
Re: Pro Spect
Most people use android why would you not have that at the release? I'm not sure the term "most people" is 100% accurate. 1 billion iPhones have been sold and most people I hang around with owns one. :?: This number does not include the iPad. Other than the Amazon Fire Tablet I never see android ta...
Re: Pro Spect
Most people use android why would you not have that at the release? That would be because it was developed on iOS first and shown to us in that form; we also had been getting requests for Apple devices. We expect the Android version to become available after the holidays. I understand that but that...

Re: Mitchell Compatibility with new PC
Where are you buying the drives from. I have about 10 of those drives and have not had any issues with them yet. Most failures actually happen in the first couple of months of the 50 or so failures I had. Samsung Pro is still the top brand for ssd. For hard drives I would stick with western digital ...

Automatically Add Recommendation to Vehicle for next Oil Change
On this feature does it delete the old recommendation or have the same issue that bolt on does where if you do a oil change before the recommend date it will still remind them unless we manually delete it.

It's $29 a month. You sign a 12 month commitment. You can cancel within 30 days if you are not happy with it. We just started using it today. So far we like it. I understand that what I am saying is away they can market and give us a chance to try it out before my buy it. Alot of us are already usi...

New Feature
I am not sure if this feature is free in the newest update, but if it isn't you should think about doing a 3 month free trial for everyone.
Here is two great reasons why.
1. Large testing pool.
2. People who are unsure or on the fence can try it out for free and might decide to keep it.
