Since I had posted the problem has fixed itself. For some reason I had to reboot the system due to extreme delay when switching and printing. Then it wouldnt recognize the database till i rebooted 6 times haha. On the seventh time it came right up and all was good.

Since 7.5 I have lost display of the reference number. I have checked out m1files and didnt find a fix. Anyone know if this is simple or requires a call to tech?
