This issue is for the most part fixed. When you price tires and transfer them into Mitchell it marks it as a tire. BUT.... If you order the tire through Nexpart and transfer them at the same time it does not mark it as a tire.

Maybe midnight was a bad example. But I wouldn't leave mine running if it was part of the process . Maybe it could run as part of the daily validations or end of day backup? I get the email part would be harder.

I saw this was discussed a couple of years ago but don't think anything came of it. Is there a way to auto run the end of day reports? Say at midnight every day? And email it?

There use to be a search bar on the appointments tab of the scheduler. I circled the area where it use to be. Was it deleted or do I just have it turned off somehow???

Nexpart is having some issues this morning. You can transfer parts into Mitchel but can not order once transferred. You can order from within Nexpart.

In your example of week view. Is there any way to change the color of the blocks on a holiday? That gray is barely noticeable. If your busy and the customer is scheduling in advance for there next appointment its easy to over look that day. I normally go through and add them as shop events. Or maybe...

Separate issue related to Nexpart Tires. I spoke to someone there about it but will share the screen shot here also. When we transfer tires to Manager it does not categorize them as a tire. The circled box should be checked so that the system applies the tire pricing matrix and adds disposal fees.

On that particular order they were all ordered at the same time. And the order did go through to both places. But it acts the same way if the tires are ordered independently.

Are you updated to 9.2.0.4602? When we did that update it fixed that issue

Not sure if this is something that can be fixed on your guys end or Nexpart end. With there new tire catalog when you transfer tires or it does not label them as a tire for the pricing matrix. It also does not create a PO or turn blue when you order tires.
