Ok, I think by doing the restock from inventory, then price check and then order parts did it. I will call the vendor to see if it went thru. Thanks everyone!

i'm familiar with that to create the PO, but does that give me the option to link to the NEXPART to order from the vendor? The only way I have found to access the NEXPART link is when you're in a repair order, quote or estimate.

We have recently added a vendor Nexpart to our system that we get inventory parts from. Is there a way to open Nexpart without going through a customers work order, or quote or estimate?

Anytime we bill for a part, and create the PO, that part now shows up in the inventory list, even if the quantity is 0 once the invoice is posted.....Does that mean eventually we are going to end up with 1,000,000 parts on our inventory list?

Working on the technicians setup area, trying to update everything, and I was wondering if the program takes into account technicians getting paid overtime? For example, our techs are all hourly. we have some inventory parts showing the average cost as $20 to $50 on a part that has only ever cost $4.50. Is there anywhere to go to change that? I am assuming a PO was entered wrong somewhere previous.
