Is there a way to make the Service writer name not appear backwards when using the auto-fill in the email template?

Currently in the signature I have:

{Service Write Name} at {Shop Name}

But the Email Pops up:

Presley, Elvis at Fix it Right Auto Repair (Which just looks weird...)
