Correct the only way would be to use 1st Mile or Global Payments. In order for the card to be stored for use you will have to use the payment processor to take the payment. There is no way to securely store a Credit Card number within Shop Manager without using either of those payment processors. Th...

Currently this is an option with our FirstMile and Global Payments payment processors. Since storing RAW credit card numbers can be a little dangerous we have worked with both of our payment processors to make sure things are secure while still allowing to store the credit cards in the background.

Hi Qbasic8, currently when there is no active subscription the MPI button on the order and the history details window are removed. I'll get a request in to the development team have the MPI button show in the history details window if there is an inspection on a history order.

If you a refering to Balance due statements or the Invoice, the answer is yes. For Balance Due Statements, you'd need to click "Email" on the report select vs double clicking. If you're trying to email the Invoice under share you're able to click Share and email.

If you're ordering parts ahead of time to complete a job, it would be recommended to create a Special Order. This option is in the Schedule now and functions the same as an RO.
